Acceptable Use Policy
This policy sets out what you may and may not do with the NUFUCMS platform. It forms part of our terms of service.
Last updated: 1 January 2026
1.Prohibited content
- Material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing or that incites violence or hatred.
- Content that infringes intellectual property, trade secrets or privacy rights.
- Sexual content involving minors, or any content produced through exploitation.
- Fraudulent, deceptive or phishing content, including counterfeit brand assets.
- Malware, exploit kits, or code intended to damage systems or exfiltrate data.
2.Prohibited activities
- Attempting to bypass authentication, quotas, rate limits or tenant isolation.
- Probing, scanning or load-testing the platform without written authorisation.
- Reselling, sublicensing or white-labelling the service without an agreement.
- Using the delivery API as a general-purpose file host or CDN for unrelated assets.
- Sending unsolicited bulk email or SMS using data stored in NUFUCMS.
3.Fair use
Plans include generous but finite resources. Sustained usage that materially exceeds typical patterns for your plan — for example extreme API request volumes or asset storage — may require an upgrade. We will always contact you before applying limits.
4.Security research
We welcome responsible disclosure. Report vulnerabilities to security@nufucms.com. Do not access other customers' data, degrade the service or publish findings before we have had a reasonable opportunity to remediate.
5.Reporting abuse
To report content or behaviour that breaches this policy, email abuse@nufucms.com with the URL, workspace and a description of the issue. We investigate all credible reports.
6.Enforcement
Depending on severity, we may request remediation, throttle usage, remove specific content, suspend the account or terminate the agreement. Where the law permits, we notify the account owner before acting. Serious or repeated breaches may be reported to relevant authorities.
