Cancellation & Subscription Policy

1.How to cancel

• Self-service: Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Cancellation is effective immediately and confirmed by email.
• By email: billing@nufucms.com from the billing contact address on the account.
• By phone: +1 332 322 4114 during support hours — we will confirm the cancellation in writing.

2.Automatic renewal

All plans renew automatically at the end of each term ($20.99 monthly, $79.99 every six months, $124.99 annually) unless cancelled beforehand. We email a renewal reminder 7 days before six-month and annual renewals, and receipts for every charge.

3.When cancellation takes effect

Cancelling stops future charges. Your workspace stays fully usable until the last day of the term you have already paid for; it is not terminated early and no partial term is charged.

4.Free trial cancellation

The 14-day trial can be cancelled at any time with no charge. If you take no action at the end of the trial, the workspace is paused rather than billed automatically without your explicit plan selection.

5.Data retention after cancellation

• Content, media and schemas remain exportable for 30 days after the term ends.
• After 30 days the workspace is scheduled for deletion and removed from live systems within a further 30 days.
• Encrypted backups age out of rotation within 90 days.
• You may request immediate deletion in writing at privacy@nufucms.com.

6.Refunds on cancellation

Cancellation and refunds are separate. Eligibility for a refund is governed by our refund policy, including the 14-day money-back guarantee on first payments.

7.Cancellation by us

We may cancel a subscription for non-payment after two failed attempts and 14 days' notice, or immediately for a serious breach of the acceptable use policy. Where we cancel without cause, we refund the unused portion of the term pro rata.
