Cancellation & Subscription Policy

1.How to cancel

• You do not need to cancel to avoid another charge: plans do not renew automatically. To end your paid access early or request help, contact billing@nufucms.com.
• By email: billing@nufucms.com from the billing contact address on the account.
• By phone: +1 332 322 4114 during support hours — we will confirm the cancellation in writing.

2.Manual renewal only

Starter ($19.99), Gold ($89.99) and Platinum ($129.99) each provide one month of access per payment. No plan renews automatically and we do not charge you again without a new payment you make yourself. To continue after your paid month ends, manually pay for another month. We email a receipt for every successful payment.

3.When a paid month ends

Your workspace remains usable through the month you have paid for. If you do not make another payment, paid access ends at the end of that month; there is no automatic charge. You can request an earlier end to access by contacting billing@nufucms.com.

4.Free trial cancellation

The 14-day trial can be ended at any time with no charge. If you take no action at the end of the trial, the workspace is paused; you are not charged unless you choose and pay for a plan.

5.Data retention after paid access ends

• Content, media and schemas remain exportable for 30 days after the term ends.
• After 30 days the workspace is scheduled for deletion and removed from live systems within a further 30 days.
• Encrypted backups age out of rotation within 90 days.
• You may request immediate deletion in writing at privacy@nufucms.com.

6.Refunds

Letting a paid month end and requesting a refund are separate. Refund eligibility is governed by our refund policy, including the 14-day money-back guarantee on first payments.

7.Termination by us

If you do not make another payment, paid access ends when the paid month expires. We may terminate access immediately for a serious breach of the acceptable use policy. Where we terminate a paid month without cause, we refund the unused portion of that paid month pro rata.
