Billing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with the complete feature set. No credit card is required to begin.
Are all packages billed monthly?
Yes. Starter, Gold and Platinum are all billed on a simple monthly cycle. There is no long-term commitment and you can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the paid month.
Can I change plan later?
You can upgrade at any time and the unused portion of your current month is credited pro rata. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing month.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit or debit cards, and PayPal. Platinum plans can also pay by bank transfer. All prices are quoted in USD and exclude applicable sales tax or VAT, which is shown before you confirm payment.
What happens if I cancel?
Your workspace stays accessible until the end of the paid month, and you can export all content and media at any time via the API or CLI. Full details are in the cancellation policy.
How will the charge appear on my statement?
As NUFUCMS / NUFU CMS SOLUTION. An itemised receipt is emailed to the billing contact for every payment, and past invoices are downloadable from the billing area of your dashboard.
Are there usage limits or overage charges?
No per-API-call billing and no overage invoices. Delivery API reads are unmetered under fair use, and if your traffic profile ever needs a dedicated plan we will contact you before anything changes.
Do you offer invoicing and purchase orders?
Yes, on Platinum plans. Send your PO details to billing@nufucms.com and we will issue an invoice with net-30 terms and the tax identifiers your finance team needs.
