Refund Policy

1.14-day money-back guarantee

New subscriptions are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If NUFUCMS is not right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will return the amount to the original payment method.

2.Plan-specific terms

• Monthly plan ($20.99): refundable in full within 14 days of the first payment. Renewal payments are not refundable, but you can cancel before the next renewal date.
• 6-month plan ($79.99): refundable in full within 14 days. After 14 days and up to 60 days, a pro-rata refund of the unused whole months may be granted at our discretion.
• Annual plan ($124.99): refundable in full within 14 days. After 14 days, a pro-rata refund of unused whole months may be granted where the service is cancelled for documented technical reasons.

3.Free trial

The 14-day free trial is not charged, so no refund is applicable. You will only be billed if you choose a paid plan.

4.Service failure refunds

If the platform is unavailable beyond the commitments in our service level agreement, you are entitled to service credits. Where an outage materially prevents you from using NUFUCMS for an extended period, we may issue a cash refund instead of credits.

5.Non-refundable items

• Custom onboarding, migration or professional services already delivered.
• Overage or add-on usage that has already been consumed.
• Subscriptions terminated by us for breach of the terms of service or acceptable use policy.
• Renewal charges where cancellation was not made before the renewal date, except where required by law.

6.How to request a refund

Email billing@nufucms.com from the account owner's registered address with your workspace name, invoice number and the reason for the request. We acknowledge requests within two business days.

7.Processing times

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time taken for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

8.Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback. Accounts subject to an unresolved chargeback may be suspended until the dispute is settled.

9.Statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer law.
